The Personal Values Assessment(PVP) is an online self-report questionnaire that assess individual values specific to the work context according to 7 factors and 21 facets. The results rank them from most to least important to the individual, spitting them into three categories (Major Motivators, Minor Motivators and Possible Demotivators) providing leaders with insights into their potential alignment with the core values of the organisation.
