So..... I'm Saul (thats like Paul but with an S instead of a P)....and yes I've had to say that many a time and especially when asked my name over the phone. I've also been called Sol, Soul, Sean, Paul and even Dave (think the latter was an Only Fools and Horses fan !!) in my time

My aim is to bring fun into the world of people development at all levels and helping to create positive environments we don't dread attending on a Monday Morning.

I like to keep things simple, straightforward and easy to understand. That's probably why I like analogies (I may use them a little too often!!) as I've always found them a great way of simplifying explanations and clarification of a particular subject.
